A good faith attempt will be made to replace any item that may have been received by buyer in a damaged physical condition that, as a result, is unsatisfactory to buyer. In the event that a non-damaged, physical replacement of the same product cannot be made, a monetary credit for the purchase amount will then be extended to the buyer.
